The Board has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.02 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2019 and will be payable to the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 16 January 2020.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about 31 January 2020. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market date of 13 January 2020 and ex-dividend as from 14 January 2020.
