Notice is hereby given that the abridged audited group financial statements of LAVASTONE LTD (the ‘Company’) for the year ended 30 September 2023 have been approved by way of written resolution dated 15 December 2023.
A copy of the abridged audited group financial statements has been published on the Company’s website www.lavastone.mu. Copies of the abridged audited group financial statements can be obtained free of charge at the registered office of the Company at 1st floor, EDITH, 6 Edith Cavell street, Port Louis.
DIVIDEND
The Board has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.045 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2023 and will be payable to the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 08 January 2024.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about 23 January 2024. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market date of 03 January 2024 and ex-dividend as from 04 January 2024.
