Notice is hereby given that the abridged audited group financial statements of LAVASTONE LTD (the ‘Company’) for year ended 30 September 2025 have been approved by the Board on 15 December 2025.
A copy of the abridged audited group financial statements has been published on the Company’s website www.lavastone.mu. Copies of the abridged audited group financial statements can be obtained free of charge at the registered office of the Company at 1st Floor, EDITH, 6 Edith Cavell street, Port Louis.
FINAL DIVIDEND
The Board has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.05 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2025 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business 06 January 2026.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about 21 January 2026. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 30 December 2025 and ex-dividend as from 31 December 2025.
