Further to the Notice issued on 15 December 2022 and to the proclamation of 03 January 2023 as a public holiday, the Board of Lavastone Ltd (the ‘Company’) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public that the close of register and payment of the final dividends dates have changed. The dividend will now be payable to the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 05 January 2023 and the payment of this dividend will now take place on or about 20 January 2023.
