The Board of Lavastone Ltd (the ‘Company’) wishes to inform the investing public that as Monday 3rd of January 2022 has been declared a public holiday, the cum-dividend and ex-dividend dates for trading in the shares of Lavastone Ltd have changed. The shares of the Company will now be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market date of 04 January 2022 and ex-dividend as from 05 January 2022. This dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 07 January 2022.
The payment of this dividend will now take place on or about 24 January 2022.
