Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of LAVASTONE LTD (the ‘Company’) has declared an interim dividend of MUR 0.025 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2023 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 29 May 2023.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about 13 June 2023. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 24 May 2023 and ex-dividend as from 25 May 2023.
