Notice is hereby given that the abridged audited group financial statements of LAVASTONE LTD (the ‘Company’) for the year ended 30 September 2020 have been approved by the Board on 18 December 2020.
A copy of the abridged audited group financial statements has been published and can also be viewed on the Company’s website www.lavastone.mu. Copies of the abridged audited group financial statements can be obtained free of charge at the registered office of the Company at c/r Edith Cavell & Mère Barthélemy streets, Port Louis.
DIVIDEND
The Board has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.02 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2020 and will be payable to the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 08 January 2021.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about 25 January 2021. The shares of the Company will be traded cum dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market date of 05 January 2021 and ex-dividend as from 06 January 2021.
